Raising your awareness while practicing increases your effectiveness. This is the result of coaching and mental training. Another aspect is the process of advanced modelling: learning from others. It’s not necessary to spend ten years on a goal if you can learn from someone else who has already done it for you! If someone else can learn a particular skill then you can, too.
